Up Before The Enemy
The day is won or lost before most people open their eyes. Set your alarm. Be the first one up. Attack the morning.
GFam: Jason leads by example. Sue might already be on a run. Kids — summer doesn't mean sleeping till noon.
Get After It
Physical activity is non-negotiable. Some type of movement every single day. Never let your fitness momentum go to zero.
GFam: Even on rest days — walk, stretch, play catch. Something > nothing.
Prioritize & Execute
Write your top 3 tasks. Don't just think about them — execute. Check them off. Move to the next target.
GFam: Kids: this is summer goals + chores + practice. Adults: handle business.
Hydrate
Your body is a machine. Machines need fuel. Water is the baseline. No excuses.
GFam: Adults aim for a gallon. Eddie & Will: 80oz (muscle needs water). Beau: 64oz.
Good Fuel
Eat with purpose. If you're building, eat to build. If you're staying lean, eat to stay lean. Stick to the plan.
GFam: Eddie & Will: protein at every meal, 3000+ cal. Beau: balanced and growing. Parents: disciplined plates.
No Sugarcoated Lies
Junk food is the enemy disguised as a friend. Cookies, candy, donuts, sugary coffees — they lie to you.
GFam: One family cheat meal per week. Earn it. Then get right back on track.
